Its cause before in a Art# just had one kind of Version, so system just get the first version of this Art#.
now, in a Art# had more then one version, so now system get it according the Art# and Section kind.

* Fix the bug for get IEMP Version.

* For STF-B, now the output of each PU already had the separate the quantity by Prod Dept.
(Before just separate at the latest ALL part.)
