# About Ramy Elgaml Case

The so-called "Caso Ramy" (Ramy's Case) it is a news story that occurred on the night of November 23, 2024 in the Corvetto neighborhood of Milan that involved in a chase Ramy Elgaml and Fares Bouzidi, on board a scooter, and three patrols of the Carabinieri (italian military police). The chase ended with the crash of the scooter along via Ripamonti that led to the death of Ramy.

> Il giovane teste oculare aveva raccontato a verbale che lui era riuscito a riprendere col telefono le ultime fasi dell'incidente e che i due militari si erano avvicinati e l'avevano obbligato a cancellarlo e lui l'aveva fatto. Il tecnico informatico Marco Tinti, nominato dalla Procura, ha rilevato tracce della cancellazione di un filmato, senza riuscire, però, a recuperarlo.

The two boys on the scooter went the wrong way through the tunnel on Viale Liberazione where a checkpoint with a mobile forensic laboratory had been set up.

The crash occurred along Via Ripamonti, at the intersection with Via Quaranta.
