### オンライン開催の大枠

- 基本的な実施方法はソ大会方式を踏襲
- 会議ソフトは Zoom を複数アカウントで運用
- Zoom 会議室誘導に一覧表を作る
- Zoom 会議室１つ当たり、ホストPC１台・座長(日本人？)１名・進行管理（留学生？）１名を現地に派遣する
- 財政的余裕があれば技術サポートスタッフの派遣を要請
- メールでリンクを送るのはやめたい。埋もれてしまう。

## 議論

- ポスターについて
- AP研のポスターセッションを参考に。
- ショートプレゼン方式？１部屋１プレゼン方式？
- オンラインで対面と同じ効果を得るのが難しい。
- ポスターを眺める感覚が難しい。スライド形式になってしまいがち。画面サイズの問題大きい。
- オーラルよりの実施方法で検討。
- バーチャルツアー
- 観光局のビデオの活用
- 会議当日ページの制作
- 後日のオンデマンド配信について
- 日本旅行に見積もりを依頼して価格次第で判断。
- お金を取る以上対応する義務があるのではないか。
- 通ソ国際会議では対応しない。Noshowも気にしない。
- こちらの不手際で発表できなかった場合の対応は？文面は必要。
- 最悪ビデオを集めて配信できるようにしておけばいいのでは。
- 何かあったら事後対応というのでもいいのではないか。
- 会議が終わったらPCOサーバから信学会サーバに移動するのでどうにでもできそう。
- オンラインのNoshowポリシーの確認

- 以降は、各委員会毎に活動し報告等も実行委員会へ行う
