# 在學證明 (Enrollment Verification)

### 電子版申請方法

學校註冊證明是委託 National Student Clearinghouse 辦理的。沒意外的話跟著 Registrar's Office [Enrollemnt Verification](https://registrar.gatech.edu/info/enrollment-verification) 的申請步驟走就可以了。發生意外的話可以試試以下方式。

#### (方法一) 跟上方連結一樣的標準申請步驟:
Buzzport → OSCAR → Student Services & Financial Aid → Student Records
→ Verification Requests → ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION → Access the Clearinghouse

#### (方法二) 寄信：

填寫 [Registrar Verification Request](https://registrar.gatech.edu/files/verification-request-form_0.pdf?fbclid=IwAR0Zd9Y6df6WGFAVcQSZxU0AuzTaun7NZD5SBT4XKrlfb_J7bwsH1LpPYrg) → 寄信到 [Registrar's Office](https://registrar.gatech.edu/contact?fbclid=IwAR1UQ_guJGfTdT-3iwKELxJYKYSAZN9QsALIeK_r3Cl-vITFgd-7OvHDgFE) 申請

#### (方法三) National Student Clearinghous：
[http://www.studentclearinghouse.org](http://www.studentclearinghouse.org) → Order-Trach-Verify (網站上方的綠色按鈕) → Degree & Enrollment Verifiers → EnrollmentVerify → Verify Now → 按照要求填完所有資料

填完資料馬上就可以拿到電子版的證明，**請務必馬上下載 (1)註冊證明 & (2)收據**，因為不確定下一次進去能不能再看到。

### 紙本申請方法 (感謝Ray Hung分享經驗)
>如果要請駐ATL辦事處認證，他們好像只受理彌封的在學證明

直接 email Office of Registrar 說要彌封的 enrollment verification，然後說明想怎麼 pick up: in-person pick up 或請他們用 mail 的都可以。

>所以最後我是 email Registrar，拿到紙本、彌封版的之後，再帶到駐ATL辦事處認證
