    In order to view the latest Neptune Bank news

    I want to see the latest news about Neptune Bank
    
    Scenario: View Neptune Bank News
    Given I am a user
    When I click on the News & Updates link
    Then the latest Neptune Bank news is displayed to me
    
    Scenario: Post and Update News
    Given I am a Manager or Admin
    And I am logged in
    Then I should be able to post and edit news and notices on the website
    
    ## New features
    Scenario: Receive unread news notification
    Given I am a user and logged in
    And I have not visited the News page since a news story has been added 
    Then I receive a notification that news story is unread
    And This notification disappears after I visit the news
