# Session 11 (2022-07-02)

## Current status
[Previous session](/5CsFQwD-R9WqmHGU_jSvKg) ended with us helping a guy on the road.

## Wounded elven guy
I mush up a goodberry and feed it to him, causing him to wake up.

"Fucking Pixies! They'll steal anything!" was his first words.

The guy says his name is Marty.

"Gloaming choord is getting strong."
"The queen of [something] Darkness?"

He tells us the Fossegrim lives 4-5 [something] up the road.

## Reward
Potion of Rest; reduce exhaustion by one, otherwise a short rest in a bottle you can roll three of your hit dice to heal.

Marty catches two birds to make for dinner.

## Investigated the crime scene
Tracks 5 feet apart and tiny. Foot size is about 2.5 inches.
Going in the direction we came from (where we found his liver).

## Dinner time
Dinner was delicious, but [Zov](/cfjMmRWhRx2a5saKtmMwaQ) needed a goodberry to be full.

After dinner we went outside as the guy decided to leave.

## Attacked
A tiny 1½ feet tall creature attacked the dude and he fell down.
It then came at our group and attacked Zov.

We all attacked it, but did it with disadvantage and had a really hard time hitting the little bugger.

When it finally went down, another two appeared and one attacked me and the other then brought down [Aelen](/8uCZ8WhjQeyghi-_mxgOFg).

It was a tough fight, but we ended up victorious.

Marty got his liver back and gave us a option as a reward.

**Potion of Barkskin**.
You touch a willing creature. Until the spell ends, the target’s skin has a rough, bark-like appearance, and the target’s AC can’t be less than 16, regardless of what kind of armor it is wearing.

## Resting
Nothing interesting happened during the night.

## Looking for a river
After walking most of the day, we found a creek.
Followed the creek for a while and drank from it. Then set up camp.

During the night, at the end of my shift, I woke up Zov and while we were chatting, our shadows started fighting.

Zov went behind a tree, to stand in the shadow and I threw a burning branch at my shadow.
My shadow kept aiming its crossbow at Zov, so I went across the creek and nothing changed, so I went behind a tree as well.
After a few minutes, we came out and the shadows were no longer fighting.

**We got Inspiration**

During Zov's shift there was a flying thing, but nothing interesting happened.

The flying thing came back during Aelan's shift and it flew closer to him. It's 6-8 inches tall and has fast fluttering wings.

Aelan had a chat with the creature about life and The Feywild in general.

The rest of the night was uneventful and Stan made breakfast porridge for us all.
