# Finish dry ICON dycore

## Goal

Complete the implementation and the integration of *most* of the dry ICON dycore (without Tracer advection).

Exception: exclude vertical indirection

## Current progress
- 29 stencils integrated in GT4Py and ICON
- 64 stencils ported to GT4Py
- ~38 stencils not ported

Largest blocks are caused by multiple field operators on the ICON implementation side and domain implementation on the GT4Py side
