- Talk about input/output libraries: Uses NetCDF and GRIB file formats to write from or to disk. Quick intro to NetCDF.

- Introduction to namelist.

- Show namelist for an aquaplanet. Refer to microphysics.

- Show runscripts, show them runscript aquaplanet `nwp_phy_nml`

Run aquaplanet once, go through LOG file, performance timers.
