### What did we do well?
Even with some setbacks we managed to start our projects with join efforts.
We pursued our mission
Created milestones
Organized documents
All of us made asynchronous efforts

### Where can we improve?
Need improvement with organization structure
Need path defining
Define more Agile sprints, define backlogs
Need Automation processes (Gitlab can help, needs exploring)
President should define deadline (e.g: 4 days to work and 2 days for iteration if needed)
