### Overview

Workflow autmation allows our organizational processes to function with fewer errors and less time by having computers execute rule-based logic that automates manual work.

### What you'll be doing

As an automation developer, you will develop workflows that automate manual tasks.

### How your work will look

You will be working on our autom8 repository, where you'll see which workflows around the organization require automation.

Then, you'll find the right tool for the job, which may involve one or more of N8N, Javascript, Python, or Bash.

After you have successfully develop the automated workflow and tested it, you will get to publish an article on our automation website.

### Why your work is important

As an automation developer, your work will help the organization function smoothly by freeing up the time your collaborators spend doing manual tasks that could be automated.
The final project deliverable is a report including research, analysis, and recommendations
