## Background

Currently Grants Stack features application pages under specific rounds, without dedicated project pages.

## Proposal

To enhance user engagement and other functionalities in GS we propose the introduction of dedicated project pages to optimize the presentation of projects outside of a round.

Benefits:

* Display the latest Project's metadata.
* Include list of past rounds associated to each project.
* Add more info from the old cgrants db.
* Allow donors to send a direct donation to a project outside of a round.
* Make this page the main website/landing-page for projects like Crunchbase does for companies.
* Add other features like comments, news/updates from the team etc...
* Make this page indexed in search engines.
* Enable permanent collections linked to projects instead of applications ([Collections in GG21](https://hackmd.io/JFNcK9x3S2uVPzecpPJnPw?view)).

## Project vs Application pages

### Project Page

* Specific to each project
* Displays the most recent metadata
* Shows a list of past rounds
* Permanent URL: `explorer.gitcoin.co/projects/1234-project-name`

### Application Page

* Multiple application pages per project, one for each round
* Displays metadata from the time of application
