## Roles

Team Lead
Quality Assurer

## Team Lead

Responsible for:
- Maintaining the team; hiring and training individuals
- Improving the team; increasing cost efficiency, improving methods, etc.
- Ensuring that the summaries are always completed in a high quality and timely manner
- Handling internal problems.

## Quality Assurer

Responsible for:
- Final language and format check of the call summary.
- Publishing the call summary to the forum and to an archive in GitHub.
- Giving written feedback to the Note Takers.

## Note Taker

Responsible for:
- Producing the initial summary notes in accordance with the Call Summary guide.
