The team owner is David Utrobin The lead QA is Artem Gordon ## Purpose Thursday's governance calls are packed with valuable information that is often missed or not as easily found on the forums. The Call Summary Team's main objective is to provide a record of these calls that stakeholders can fall back on in the case that they don't make the live call or prefer to read rather than watch and listen. Additionally, having an archive of call summaries is good for history-keeping and referenceability. ## Vision - Have a rotating roster of note-takers and quality assurers. - Anyone can join the team as a note-taker. Whether you stay on the team is meritocratic and depends on your performance. - Sign up for work at your own discretion. - Nest this team under the Governance Communications umbrella, connecting contributors on this team to other communication-based roles and work. ## Strategy - Recruit more people. - Find someone to lead this sub-team, reporting to the Governance Communications Team Facilitator. - Sharpen documentation.
