# Radha's after B. Pharma. Plan ## Option 1 : What after Bpharma in pharmacy sector? You have three options. - MSc. in Pharmacy ( or called Mpharma in india) - PharmaD. - Pd.D in Pharmacy Whats the difference between these ?! - > MSc is Masters of Science (in pharmacy in your case), pharmD is doctor of pharmacy and PhD is Doctor of Philosophy (in pharmacy in your case). - > Mpharm is done after bachelors in pharmacy after which you can work as a clinical pharmacist or in pharmaceutical industry. - > In pharmD you can prescribe as a doctor and you can use Dr. before your name and you can work in hospital as a consultant pharmacist. Every hospital needs one pharmD practitioner to work with doctors. - > PhD is a research oriented and is done for a deeper understanding of concept and is mostly after MSc. (or after Bachelors in exceptional cases) Here is a [quora link](https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-difference-between-a-MPharm-and-a-Pharm-D) for detailed explanation of the above. Here is a [website link](http://www.msinus.com/content/ms-pharmacy-321/) which has frequently asked questions and answers. Its particularly for indian students who did Bpharma. So, this can be very helpful. ### <ins>**MSc.**</ins> Its normally a 2 years course. Again a couple of options here 1. #### USA - You mainly require IELTS or TOEFL as proof of your english proficiency, your college transcripts, References(LORs) and Statement of Purpose. I'll explain later, chill. GRE is optional for clgs I have seen. - Here is a list of all the Universities and MSc cources they offer in pharmacy in USA. [Link](https://www.aacp.org/resource/graduate-degree-programs-pharmacy-and-pharmaceutical-sciences) 2. Canada - Here is a link which has everything you need for this. [link](https://collegedunia.com/canada/article/masters-in-pharmacy-in-canada-top-universities-eligibility-course-fees-admissions-and-scope) - You require the same things like USA. ### <ins> PharmaD. </ins> This is a very competitive degree and its 3-6 years long. If you wish to pursue this after reading the description above then lets digup on this. ### <ins> PhD. </ins> This takes 5+ years of research and I wont suggest it unless you are absolutely sure and its also hard to get a seat because you dont have a masters degree in pharmacy. ## Option 2 : Okay, So what about fashion industry?! It might be a grave mistake if you pursue a masters level degree without a bachelors level degree in fashion. So, I suggest we look for bachelors level degrees. Generally most bachelors degrees are 3 years. These are the main branches. First you need to read up on them and pick one of your interest and we can move forward from there. - Fashion Design - Merchandising and Marketing - Production Management - Visual Presentation and Styling You can visit this [website link](https://www.internationalstudent.com/study-fashion/) to read more about each one of them.
