**4156 & Nounders** **Do the nounders intend to be political or not?** Is the path of abstaining and letting the community do its thing what they want to keep doing? **Our dilemma** We've been thinking the DAO needs to be more culture and brand building focused, but the biggest voting block seems to care more about tech and infrastructure. The vacuum of leadership on the cultural / nounder side has given us concern **What are your biggest concerns?** • Are you worried about the POAP / Will (+ 22 block) • What is your take on them? (individually) **We've been concerned about the future of the protocal** Because 2 guys can control the vote, and they dont feel super nounish. On the other side (the more nounish one) its very decentralised and the votes are spread thin, and the lack of orgnisation or leadership is felt deeply. The void in leadership gives us worry. -Curious here about why Nounders appear to be purposely eschewing a leadership position. We feel the DAO should be leadership maxi and have as many as possible. (Is it the Discord you feel is holding you back?) The last few days feels like it stands out from recently, and so we are curious what has brought about this change and where is it going? Before the last few days we had really big concerns about 22, but those have been somewhat alliviated by the discussion about his position being more in the open. **What do you think the DAO needs?** **How do you think the DAO can encourage/attract the kind of leaders it needs?** Would love to know their plans or ideas for the DAO, eg **any proposals cooking**? **Concrete roadmap to killing discord**?
