# DTA Co-Sell Event (External)
## Event Process
1. DTA Program Team elect partners that have access to their program (they can send us a list of Partner One IDs)
2. Invitation to DTA program is sent out to Partner and Seller contacts (list from DTA team)
3. Partners and MS Sellers assemble their "Sales Teams". Teams are assigned an OU (and an ATU for MS teams) and a Primary Contact is selected.
4. "Mass Co-Sell Events" are created for each OU
6. Partners are nominated to OU Events (list from DTA team with ECM additions)
7. "Sales Teams" are invited to provide Heatmaps for the accounts in the OUs they were invited to (invitation is sent to the Primary Contacts of that OUs teams)
8. Co-sell Session requests are opened and MS and Partners can request Co-sell sessions for slots that are available (requests are sent to the Primary Contact of the team). Sessions are suggested based on valuable heatmap overlap.
9. Session requests are reviewed and accepted, declined, or placed in a "later" queue. Once a request for a slot is accepted, the slot is no longer available with the "Sales Teams" involved in that session.
10. Invitation to accepted sessions are sent to all members of the "Sales Teams" including a calendar invite and link to the Teams meeting for that session.
11. The day before the sessions are set to take place, an Upcoming Session Summary email is sent that includes a list of the sessions set to occur and the link to the Teams meeting.
12. Sessions occur
13. The next morning a Session Follow-up email is sent that includes a link to an MS Form where they can provide feedback on their sessions.
