## Optional Additional Implementation Services: These are additions we'd recommend based on feedback received during the previous event that will improve the event experience in meaningful ways. ### MSX Integration (8 weeks) To more accurately track the outcomes associated with Co-sell-athon as well as simplify the ability for MS Sellers to connect with partners regarding opportunities they're already tracking in MSX. - Meeting attribution on opportunities and engagements - Suggest meetings based on existing opportunities and engagements in MSX - Add existing opportunities and engagements from MSX to Co-sell meetings ### Teams bot (MS only) (4 weeks) To increase engagement from Microsoft Sellers, we'd create a bot to bring the event experience to Teams so that they wouldn't need to interact with yet another tool. - Daily summary of meetings available with aligned accounts - RSVP to meeting invites from Teams - Browse and RSVP to available meetings regarding specific accounts ### Availability syncing with Outlook calendar (MS only) (3 weeks) To allow Microsoft employees direct integration to their Outlook calendars to track user-availability based on their calendars. A common complaint during Co-sell-athon was that users needed to block off time due to other appointments on their calendars or they were on vacation. With this direct integration, users would be able to schedule meetings around their existing calendar items. ### Reporting Dashboard Enhancements (2 weeks) To allow a more self-service model for reporting access to relevant parties. A common request from partners was to see their reporting data on meetings and that data would need to be filtered and supplied to them by PDMs. Likewise, Microsoft data had to be manually segmented before being supplied to teams. - Role-based report visibility - Customizable report grouping - User-specific reporting ### Segmented Support Resources (2 weeks) To provide each user type (Partner, Microsoft Seller, PDM) a place for targeted support resources. - User specific knowledge base - User grouping and FAQ filtering ### Teams meeting attendance tracking (2 weeks) To gain deeper visibility into who actually participated in meetings and provide metrics for Microsoft's meeting attendance requirements. Removes the need for MS Sellers to ensure that they RSVP'd to a meeting to "get credit". - Track individual user attendance of meetings regardless of RSVP within tool
