## Implementing KM
- Make KM Concept clear

### The three main groups of people:
* The enthusiasts (usually 20%)
* The majority
* The laggards ("This is bullshit")

## RoadMap to KM
### Stage 1: Getting started
1. Make the concepts of KM real/clear
2. Identify advocates
3. Look for windows of opportunity
4. Capitalize on IT tools and Internet
### Stage 2: Develop Strategy
1. Form a KM task force
2. Select current initiatives as pilots
3. Find the resources to support the pilots
### Stage3: Plan
1. Develop your plan
2. Find your pilots -- proof of concept

* Top Management Sponsorship
Nobody will look at you if the boss doesn't support you
* Users willingness to participate
* Dynamic contact persons in each group
