Make the concepts of KM real/clear 2. Identify advocates 3. Look for windows of opportunity 4. Capitalize on IT tools and Internet ### Stage 2: Develop Strategy 1. Form a KM task force 2. Select current initiatives as pilots 3. Find the resources to support the pilots ### Stage3: Plan 1. Develop your plan 2. Develop replicable methodologies 3.
