It's free (we like free stuff) Everybody can be a storyteller and get better at it by *practicing*. ### Leveraging experience / Lessons Learned :::info **Def:** Capture/use of experiences to improve quality, productivity & time. ::: Read the slides. A lesson is learned in three steps: - **Identification**. Identify an opportunity to learn ; understand something. - **Action**. Change something according to what the lesson told. 9 times out of 10 it's about enhancing a process. - **Notify**. Make sure everyone knows about the change. ### Communities :::info **Def:** It's a group of people who come together to share and learn from one another face-to-face and virtually. Community members deepen their knowledge by interting on an ongoing basis. ::: A communuty is a group of people : - Something in common - Voluntarily gather together - Interact with one another - Recognize each other as members of the group - ... based on the commonality Community of interest vs community of practice ex: Facebook / Linkedin A community of practice is not a tool.
