# Design Specs - Bufficorn Buidl Brigrade

## Goal
Create a generative NFT drop that includes 5,280 different Bufficorns of varying rarity that can be sold to the community for 0.1 ETH a piece at genesis. Buyers of the NFT's will also recieve $SPORK to welcome them into the community.

We want the NFT's to be desirable pieces of NFT art on their own in order to create a robust secondary market for the NFTs where SPORK DAO and the NFT creators can earn 10% commissions on secondary sales.

## Design Philosophy
In the spirit of ETHDenver's past, we want our Bufficorns to maintain the following characteristics. Thus, we want to keep these NFTs
* Family friendly (PG-13)
* Whimisical
* Fun
* A little nerdy (in line with our hackathon roots)
* A little outdoorsy (in line with our Denver roots)

## Design Ideas

We want to buidl off the original Bufficorn to create 5,280 variations of that Bufficorn. Ideas for creating those variations are to have the following unique and swappable characteristics:

We want to keep the same cartoon aesthetic, but want the pieces to be pretty high fidelity, with the variations looking natural rather than like bad photoshop jobs.

## Timeline

**Deadline** We want to have these completed and ready to go before ETHDenver 2022 (early Feb., 2022).

* By 8/31 - Have artist committed, dev to work with Austin committed, design brief
* Sounds like Isaac P. can be dev person
* By 9/30 - Have a first round of base, production-ready images ready for review / comment & scaffold.eth branch built
* By 10/31 - Have final round of base, production-ready images agreed upon & have dev resources committed to creating production ready site for genesis.
* By 11/30 - Have run test generation of 5,280 Bufficorns and team comments on any tweaks
* By 12/31 - Have final designs and gensis website ready for review / comments by the team, marketing / PR plan in place.
* By 1/31 - Have marketing materials / PR launched, genesis site completely production ready and tested.
* 2/13 - Launch
