## Criteria for being a Co-Founder
- Members take Initiative:
Hitting the ground running, in working, production
- *Heart (initiative/ motivation)
- Producing works/ research/ active constructive feedback/ active collaboration
- Attending meetings regularly (if unable to attend, notify and send out the required information/updates ahead of time)
- Birthing this into existence
- Parent it as well! Watering the seed
Energy
- Excitement in taking things forward
- Bringing up ideas, issues, feedback, alternatives in a timely manner
- Supporting in Co-creating together* launching works and bringing our venture in fruition
## Time Spent:
Minimum 3 X a week, 6 hours a day, 3 weeks a month (Log time via time banking)
