# Action Points
An action point (often also refered to as a task) is an agreed on action with a single responsible person. It should have the following properties:
1. Short snappy title
2. Descriptive text if needed for clarification
3. Responsible person clearly singalled in meeting
4. Due date (assumed to be by next meeting if not otherwise specified)
## Supporting platform
As action points are an essential part of the admin (project management) process, there should be a good platform to support this functionaility. This platfdorm should have the following properties:
- Mobile application that is easy to use
- Ability to chat / discuss specific items
- Drag and drop ease of moving action points
- One action point able to be part of several projects
- A solid stable API for integration with other systems
It is essential that action points do not get lost in a sea of documentation or chat.
