We focus on social-tech, and aim to deliver projects using: - User centred design with an emphasis on quality - An agile or lean approach to development - Expertise in knowledge management and curation - Knowledge of collaborative software toolkits and collective intelligence platforms - A co-operative approach emphasising decentralisation, and diversity of value flows in all aspects of governance The Garden Crew seeks to partner with online, offline and hybrid communities to specify, designg, and implement open source software that matches a communities vision. Our working practice combines a core interdisciplinary team with an extensive network of freelance specialists. The core team maintains its own culture and approach to the desing of social software. We work across national boundaries and timezones, with a social ethos based on co-operative values.
