The rate at which banks borrow from RBI for short period (upto 7 or 14 days) but predominantly overnight.
The rate at which RBI borrows funds from the commercial banks.
Cash Reserve Ratio. A certain percentage of NTDL has to be kept with RBI; banks to don't have access to that much amount for any economic or commercial activity.
Statutory Liquidity Ratio. A certain percentage of NTDL that is to be invested in central and state government securities.
