Teaching Assistant (TA) Logistical Onboarding Process

## Process
1. Volunteer and Staff Admissions Support gets **list of new admitted TAs**.
- Admitted TAs are selected by our Instructional Program Managers (IPMs).
* **Immersives**: Bryan Wallace (bryan@codepath.org)
* **Remote**: Susie Liang (susie@codepath.org)
* **SE10x**: Emily Garvey (emily.garvey@codepath.org)
2. Forward the email to the accounting team (accounting@codepath.org) and have them set the contractors up on Bill.com/Zenefits, whichever we are using. Include:
* List of TA and their emails
* Link to [contract details](https://hackmd.io/VkZ7INFmRjiARetvzn-XDg?view) (exhibits A and B c/o IPMs)

- Accounting team will send them **Docusign with Code of Conduct**
3. Once we receive the completed Docusign, Ops add these TA contractors as staff (role: TA, cohort-wide) of **How to Teach at CodePath (HTCP)** and their **designated cohorts** (i.e. Intermediate Software Engineering Section 1) through the Organizer Dashboard
* They can toggle portal to select HTCP or specific course assigned and cohort

4. Add the TA to the designated **Slack usergroup** for their course

* `@security-help`/`@remote-cyber-tas`
* `@webdev-help`
5. Add the TA to the designated **Slack channel** for their course
* `#se10x-tas-summer22`/`remote-<course>-instructors-tas`
6. Send the TA **calendar invites** to training, session, and syncs or debriefs.
7. Close the loop by **updating airtable** and **informing the concerned IPM** that logistical onboarding is complete
