## III. Session Structure
* 2 Instructors for each course
* 6 TAs for each course
* 6-8 Pods per TA
* Pods will be assigned (you may check your assigned pod to your course tracker)
* 60 Minutes Lecture, 60 min Pod session
## IV. What to expect during the session?
Below are the TA responsibilities during the session:
* Clarify the assignment
* Ensure students read the directions and understand the activity
* Answer any content questions that weren’t covered by the instructor
* Facilitate discussion between students
* Ask questions more than you are providing answers
* Provide positive reinforcement and feedback
* Encourage all students to participate
* Step back and let students lead
* Check Time
* Be aware of the breakout room time and guide students accordingly
## V. Activity Breakout Rooms
Each TA will be assigned to breakout rooms to facilitate their assigned groups. They are required to jump over to several breakout rooms to help the groups of students they are assigned. Below is the process on how to transfer from one room to another.

## VI. Session Technicals
Since TAs will be jumping over pods that they are assigned, once they join zoom, they are required to update their zoom names to `TA - (Group#) - TA Name` so that they can easily be marked as cohost.
i.e. TA - (G1-G5) - Elsie
## VII. Slack Help Channels and Discussion Systems
TAs should check questions of the students from their assigned pods in the slack help channels.
* remote-android-help-spring22
* remote-ios-help-spring22
* remote-cybersecurity-help-spring22
* mad-android-help-spring22
* mad-ios-help-spring22
Some students also post in the [discussion systems](https://discussions.codepath.com/) and TAs are requested to answer these to the best of their abilities.
