- Essentially half of the increase LKJ is getting ($110k base, whatever in PICKLEs)
- For half time commitment, would be $55k base

b) what anon wants
- Same as chim

c) what LKJ wants
- $140k stables + $56k in PICKLEs
- Increase of $60k stables. Same % increase in PICKLEs means $52.5k PICKLEs
- Total Comp == **$192.5k**
- Essentially by bumped up to the dev tier

For reference, all 3 currently have a base of $80k stable, $30k PICKLE
Annual spending increase: $90k USD or $7.5k/month
