contributed by <江家銘> 參考影片：Machine Learning (Hung-yi Lee, NTU) ML Lecture 9-1 : Tips for Training DNN Recipe of Deep Learning Deep Learning 跟其他方法(decition tree, k-nearest neighber)不同，在 training 完後會先看 network 在 training set 的表現，如果在 training set 的表現不錯，再用 testing set 測試看看 preformance 過去的方法都是基於 trainging set，在 trainging set 的 performance 都是 100%，然而在 testing set 的表現就大不如預期了，換句話說就是 overfitting 了
