在這次開賽說明中，你將：

- 了解 Twitter 小組開發挑戰的專案目標與整體設計
- 對標個人對於本次挑戰的目標與期待
- 了解 Twitter 開發小組的成功要素與協作關鍵
- 了解三次專案衝刺循環 (Sprint Cycle) 的階段目標與任務
- 了解 Twitter 開發常見問題

#### 行前準備

- 同學們需在 `Week 6 週一結束以前`，將所有的指標作業 **完成提交，並在 `Week 6 週四結束以前` 所有指標作業獲得 Meet Expectations 以上的回饋**，即可獲得 Twitter 專案的分組協作的資格。
- 有意參加 Twitter 專案分組的同學，請確認通過技術驗收結算時間為 08/26 (四) 23:59

資訊滿滿的 Twitter 開賽說明為接下來兩個禮拜的開發拉開序幕，相信同學們對 twitter 專案已經躍躍欲試了吧！

在這次工作坊中，學習教練 許丹 為我們介紹了這次 twitter 專案中三次 sprint 的時程、目標，以及小組成功開發的關鍵，也透過 QA 問答讓同學去思考在這個經驗中：你的目標、期待及行動是什麼。

相信這也是許多同學第一次接觸到 scrum 敏捷開發，不妨可以利用會後精華多複習幾遍，和小組一起制定出協作開發計畫！
