# Sprint Check-in #1 提醒： Showcase 申請 & 作業提交 & 活動頁上架！

很開心看到同學們皆已經啟動討論，並且已經有 2 組同學完成 [Sprint Check-in #1](https://lighthouse.alphacamp.co/courses/80/assignments/3689/submissions) 的作業提交！

明天就是第一次 Sprint Check-in，在活動前有幾點提醒同學：

1. 小組務必在要 `提交作業` [Check-in #1](https://lighthouse.alphacamp.co/courses/80/assignments/3689) ，若有個別狀況請參考 [公告說明](https://lighthouse.alphacamp.co/announcements/2124)，與教練團隊聯繫
2. `有意與技術主管交流的小組`，記得申請 [團隊 Showcase](https://lighthouse.alphacamp.co/courses/80/units/26626)，把握機會向技術主管展現小組成果，獲取主管的點評與回饋
3. 三次 Sprint 的活動頁面皆已上架，同學可至 `活動精華區` 取得每次的與會連結

# Sprint Check-in #1 行前提醒！

很開心看到同學們皆已經啟動討論，並且開始產出相關文件！
明天晚上是第一次 Sprint Check-in 的繳交期限，以下有幾項重要說明 & 提醒：

#### Sprint & Showcase 流程介紹

* **在 Sprint Check-in 活動之前：**
* 小組需要繳交 Check in 作業，技術主管會去 review 視需要給予文字回饋
* **進入到 Sprint Check-in 活動後，會有三個段落：**
* 小組 ShowCase & 技術主管問答
* 技術主管給予針對所有組別的**整體**回饋
* 規格、開發問題討論（這個部分視同學需求，若沒有問題則無）

注意事項：
* Showcase 的內容限制是 6 min
* Showcase 形式上並無制式規定，小組想要由一位組員代表，或是由多位同學輪流講述 & Demo，都是可以的

#### 注意 3 次 Sprint 作業提交時間

📌 由於 Check-in 作業的小組人數超過系統上限 4 人，目前 LH 系統正在調整中，為了不影響大家的作業資料，需要請同學先不要繳交 Sprint Check in #1 作業，我們正在和工程團隊進行確認，明天白天回覆給小組確切繳交流程 & 時間！

每次 Sprint Check-in 作業的提交時間，為 Sprint Check-in 活動的前一天，技術主管 Ivan 會於 Check-in 活動前上線 review。

**「準時提交、適應迭代」** 是 Scrum 的重要元素，並且參與 Sprint Check-in 為本次團隊協作的重要考核項目。

因此請小組務必注意提交時間，若怕忘記可以把 [My scorecard: Assignments](https://lighthouse.alphacamp.co/me/courses/80/assignments) 頁面收藏起來，幫助對照與確認。

與此同時，教練團隊也理解同學初次協作難免會遇到一些偶發狀況，因此若 Sprint Check-in 作業可能會有遲交情況，請：

1. 請在小組 Slack 頻道，提前與教練團隊告知
2. 三次 的 Check-in 作業若有 1 次遲交，且提交時間與表定時間落差在 1 天以內，則不影響團隊協作考核的認定（白話文：遲交一次，教練團隊不會算你團隊協作 Fail 啦！）
3. 若有其他特殊情況，也請主動與教練團隊聯繫
