If you forgot your user ID or password, please try our account recovery process. No longer have access to your email address or phone number and cannot access your account? Update your information with the following form. We will process your request during our regular business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday). It can take up to 1 business day to complete. If you send after hours, we will process the request the next morning. For your safety, only you can make changes to your TurboTax account.
