The cookbook. How to use it, what about the serving sizes? Is that all you’re allowed to have?

As you know, each week you'll receive a new meal plan for the upcomining week.
Why I don't give all 8 weeks at once?
Because I want to make this simple. I want it to be a one day at a time, one week at at time program.
Here's what you'll notice about the recipes...
For PSER 1.0, calories and macros ARE NOT INCLUDED.
Again, keep things simple. This program is about learning to eat a real food based diet and build a better relationship with food.
Serving sizes are included but should not be the determining factor of what you eat. Servings are an arbitrary amount to help labels explain the break down in calories and nutrients.
What one person needs is different than another.
So if at the end of your meal, you're not 80% satisfied... eat more.
If you're eating and you become full with food still left on your plate, stop eating.
There are no rules about leaving food on the plate or getting more food.
Why I don't put macros and calories?
Again about simplicity. Also, the products I use will likely be different than what you use. Or maybe you alter the recipe to use a different protein, flour or bean. These changes change everything about the total nutrition.
Again, these recipes are REAL. And real easy. Stick to eating them. eat until full, and you'll be good.
