It’s easy to get down on yourself and think… “I can’t do this. This isn’t for me. I need something easier.” But that’s a HUGE mistake. Your body only changes when you push outside your comfort zone. Most women today… never push their comfort zone. Ask us for help During the workout… comment and ask for help. Even if you’re watching a replay… comment and we’ll get back to you. Here’s what we’ll tell you. ### Move with us If it’s a rep based workout… when we’re done with an exercise… move on with us. Even if you haven’t finished all the reps… move on to the next exercise with us. Why do this? You won’t fall behind. This makes the workout more fun for you. You can push hard knowing there’s no pressure to keep up. Getting rid of the pressure to keep up is big. It frees you up to just have fun and push yourself hard. That’s how you get results… Working out shouldn’t cause mental stress. It’s about getting rid of stress. The more you use this simple tactic the faster you’ll improve. In two or three weeks… you’ll realize you’re getting further and further… Before you know it you’ll be keeping up rep for rep… if not beating us. Our members do it all the time. Take the stress out.
