Welcome to Plan Smart Eat Real.
As you know this program isn't about restricting or counting calories.
Over the next 8 weeks, you'll build a healthier relationship with food, learn to be more intuned with your body and how the food you eat effects your energy, your sleep, and overall feelings.
The biggest principle is learning to eat REAL. Real food, planned by you and made by you.
And no, homemade food doesn't take any more time that it would to place an order and wait impatiently for it to be delivered to your door.
So how does this all work?
**You Have 3 Main Tools:**
1. 8 different weekly meal plans
2. Go Rogue for those days you didn't have time to plan or aren't eating at home. Tips to help you feel great about your food decisions without feeling like you're giving up anything.
3. Substitute Guide. Have a recipe you want to try by want to make it a bit healthier? Substitution guide is here for you. From individual ingredients to full recipes for healthy desserts, salad dressings, and even pizza.
**Using The Meal Plans:**
- Each Friday, you'll get the next week's meal plan. Look over it and plan out which meals you will (not plan to make but be a hard WILL) make.
- Previous weeks are find to overlap. If you find a breakfast you LOVE, stick with it. But of course I recommend trying new things.
- Be open to try. This if for the picky eaters out there. Don't be afraid to try new recipes. If something looks a little "interesting" that's more of a reason to try. You might be surprised.
**How To Get The Most Out Of PSER:**
1. If your goal is to lose weight or see changes with your body, rely on progress pictures. If you feel comfortable, snap pictures and post them in the group. But if not, take them for yourself. Regardless, take pictures.
2. Check in. The more active you are, the more results you'll get. Each night Sun-Thur, I'll post up a daily thread asking how the day went. Use this as your daily diary.
3. Ask questions. This is your group, a safe place to ask any and all questions. If you have a question chances are someone else does too. So ask and I'll answer.
