In the beginning... It's not the quality of your workout that matters. It's showing up on a regular schedule. Here's what I mean. I'd rather have you show up three times during the week for your Ignite workouts... And only workout for 10 minutes. Than show up to only one workout and do the full 60 minutes. Why? Because a fitness lifestyle. A fit body. And a fit mind... they're built on consistent action. Three... 10 minute... workouts per week will transform your body a lot more than one long workout done here and there. So if you're struggling to workout consistently, do this... Step 1: Schedule three workouts per week. Write down when you're going to do your workouts and commit to at least 10 minutes of working out. Set a timer. At the end of 10 minutes. You can stop and do what you have to do. Step 2: Message In The FWW LIVE Group Write a post in the group sharing that you got your workout done. Tag me in the post and tag Dan. We'll write back and encourage you. Step 3: Repeat Keep doing this over your 14 day challenge. Commit - at a minimum - to get six different... 10 minute... workouts DONE.
