How did it go? For a lot of new ladies, it can be a bit intimidating. As you can see, Dan and I don't take it easy! Believe it or not, FWW Live is what we both use for our personal fitness too. We do these workouts at full blast to help inspire you to do the same but also to help us get stronger and fitter in the process! We don't expect everyone to be able to lift the same weights or move at the same speed as we do. We expect you to do the best YOU can do. So with that in mind, how are you supposed to get the most out of each workout with us?
