Asking for additional info on an issue

Hi {name},

Thank you for your interest in django CMS - we appreciate your efforts to make django CMS better! I've had a look at what you wrote but unfortunately it's currently difficult for me to understand the issue description or reproduce your problem. I'd be grateful if you could add more information that allows us to understand better and/or reproduce the problem. Below are a couple of recommendations:
Add (a) screenshot(s) that depicts the problem
Add step by step instructions on how to reproduce the problem based on the django-cms/django-cms-quickstart project
Copy and paste the full error message
Provide more information about your setup (we recommend you try the Docker setup with the django-cms/django-cms-quickstart project first to make sure the problem persists there, including your browser version, OS, requirements.txt, settings.py, runtime environment (virtualenv, Docker, etc.) and anything else you might deem relevant.

Closing an issue

Another scenario, the issue has been fixed, we want to close the issue but leave a message that if anyone for any reason would like to reopen the issue then there is a place to discuss the change after it is closed.

Closing an old PR / Issue

Hello {Name},

Thank you very much for your contribution to the django CMS project. The django CMS project has recently joined forces under the banner of the newly founded django CMS Association to revive the development of django CMS. For this reason we have analyzed all pull requests and issues in detail and decided which ones fit the product vision we want to go with django CMS.

Due to the age of this issue we are unable to safely accept the contribution. If you feel this issue is still required please inform a member of our technical committee: nicolai@django-cms.org.

Nevertheless we thank you for your participation and would like to emphasize that we do not want to discourage you in your contribution to the django CMS project. On the contrary, we encourage everyone who is interested in the success of django CMS to join us!
