# Human Rights (Reinstatement of the Human Rights Commission) Bill

### 1. Title

This is the Human Rights (Reinstatement of the Human Rights Commission) Act 2021.

### 2. Commencement

This Bill comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.

### 3. Repeal

This Bill repeals the Human Rights (Human Rights Commission) Amendment Act 2021 (the **principal Act**).

### 4. Human Rights (Human Rights Commission) Amendment Act 2021 Repealed

The principal Act is repealed.
