  • Adding a discord bot there are a few variants. the simplest and most common: Bot owner's end: bot author signs up as a discord developer. they publish their bot at the dev portal. their bot gets an authorization link. they send that link to server admin.

This Wednesday (29) at 11 AM PST we're having #FrugBioTalks, a pre-event of our #FrugBioHackathon, where we'll show inspiring tools from the SynBio community. Among our guest speakers today are Sebastian Cocioba with the talk “Small Tools for Big Questions”. He is an Independent Researcher at Binomica Labs, a laboratory that he build up from zero to genetic engineer flowers. His presentation will describe some hardware and projects that he created in the last years. Timothy Stiles will present the talk “(Poly)merase: The World's Most Modern, Open Source, Synbio Software Library”. He's a Software Engineer and creator of Poly, a modern and open-source software library for engineering organisms, and co-creator of Allbase, a single service that can search and cross-reference sequences and pathways. He will share the uses of his open-source software. Everyone is invited, even if you didn't apply for the hackathon. Important note: this event will be recorded.

By this date, you MUST have a GitHub repository within the igemsoftware2021 github page and you MUST have created a GitHub judging release of your software.
