###### tags: `Dinner` `Breakfast` `Shrimp` `Wrap` `Eggs` `Party` # Tortilla Wrap [Schrimps, Scrambled Eggs, Cheese, Bacon] **1st time: 23/05/2021** ## Ingredients List for 2 portions * Shrimp (250g) * Honey * Dijon Mustard * Soy Sauce * Olive Oil * Eggs (3 Large) * Butter * Cream Cheese (Philadephia) * Sesame Seeds * Parsley * Chicken Bacon (6 slices) * Toast Cheese (4 slices) * Tortilla Wraps (2 wraps) * Lime (1/4) * Onion (1/2 middle sized) * Garlic (2 cloves) ## Cooking Steps 1. Defrost the shrimp 2. Chop Parsley 3. Halve each slice 4. Roast the sesame seeds and lay aside 5. Fry the Chicken Bacon, lay aside and dry with kitchen paper 6. In a bowl add: honey, mustard, olive oil, soy sauce and mix 7. Mince finely a clove of garlic 8. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper 9. Pre-heat a tbsl of olive oil 10. Add the shrimp on the pan 11. Once you turn the shrimp add the garlic 12. After 1m add the sauce and reduce till desired consitency reached 13. Lay the shrimp aside and keep the sauce 14. Pre-heat a clean pan to medium-low heat 15. Whisk the eggs with the butter in a bowl and season 16. Add the eggs to the pan and whisk until ready 17. Lay out the wraps 18. Make an incision from the center to the 12 o'clock 19. Now you have 3 sections and we move clockwise 20. Section 1 * Spread the egg * Cover with 2 halves of a cheese slice 21. Section 2 * Lay out 2 halves of a cheese slice * Cover with 6 halves of chicken bacon 23. Section 3 * Spread philadelphia * Sprinkle Sesame Seeds and parsley * Lay out the shrimp and glaze with sauce * Squize lemon juice 24. Fold the wrap (make sure the egg is in the middle section) 25. Put the wrap cheese side down on the pan 26. Cook until golden brown both sides 27. Toss and serve hot
