Prep work 1. Pour water into a pot and lay on the stove for later 2. Slice the champignons and lay aside 3. Detach thyme from the stem, mix with parsley, chop finely and lay aside 4. Grate the hard cheese and lay aside 5. Slice the garlic 6. Chop the onion into fine pieces 7. Cut the turkey into 3cm long pieces 8. Cut the bacon into small rectangles (optional) 9. Quarter the tomatoes (optional) 3. Set the pan over high heat 4. Add Bacon and fry until semi golden 5. Create crater in the middle of the pan and add olive oil 6. Toss the turkey and fry each side 2m 7. Toss turkey and bacon into a container on the side 8. Add a splash of olive oil to the pan 9. Toss the onion 10. After 30 seconds add the garlic 11. Fry 1 minute 12. Toss the Champignons, fry until considerable volume decrease is noticeable 13. Toss the herbs, mix and fry another 5 minutes 14. Pour the wine, stir, let the alcohol evaporate 15. Reduce, deglaze the pan, mix 16. Pour heavy cream and reduce the heat to medium/high 17. Bring the water in the pot to a boil and add pasta 18. Add hard cheese after 20% reduced 19. Let the content reduce further until desired consistency reached 20. Set pan aside and add toss the turkey and bacon in 21. The pasta should be ready by now and set aside 22. Toss with sauce and serve hot !
