## Social Constructivism
How should a social constructivist, where we do not believe there is "trans-gene", views this experiment to transmit the "trans-gene"?
## Empowerment
Is there a way we can connect more people through this radio experiment?
## Women in Free and Open Source Software (WoFOSS)
The FOSS communities are dominated by men for decades. Women are far out-numbered by men in the FOSS communities.
A male-dominated community natually grows with masculine community culture. When someone demonstrates graph theory, he uses bikini girls. If another one demonstrates the social media, he talks about pick up arts.
WoFOSS is a new word composed of the difference/signature of the word "women" over "men" (that is, "wo-"), and FOSS. If FOSS is by men, then Wo-FOSS is by wo-men.
If the FOSS culture is borned masculine, then what would the WoFOSS culture be like? WoFOSS is a social lab: Put in a group of the geek women inside, and see what would happen.
In the first stage of WoFOSS I tried to remove all the bureaucracy and build a completely flat, democrate, grassroot society. The result was unsuccessful. A society without bureaucracy is a society of dictatorship. A society completely without bureaucracy runs purely on the basis of convention, and I'm the only one who knows all the convention. The result is, the community cannot run without me.
In the second stage since 2014, I learned from the experience of PyLadies, and created rules and regulations that the successors can follow. Then I passed WoFOSS to the second organizer Alicia. She took over WoFOSS from 2014 to 2017.
In this social experiment I tried to create a community of "geek girls", observe and participate in the dynamics inside this group.
## Transgender Equality
### How to get transwomen more acceptable by other women?
The other way to this question is: What is the boundary between transwomen and normalized women? Is it possible to review, redefine, remix, and/or remove the boundary between transwomen and normalized women?
### "You are **NOT** a ~~woman~~!"
Who has the power to define the boundary of "*women*", to decide who is a woman and who is not? And where does the boundary lie?
The boundary is defined by: the sex organs, the Y-DNA, the official ID document, the self identification, the cloths, and/or the social life?
Define the boundary, and the we can decide who can go to the toilet, the changing room, the swimpool, the gym, the beauty salon, the nail salon, the dorm, the hotel rooms, and who can't.
### "Women, defined"
"Definition" is the other side of "exclusion". By defining who is a women we also defines who is NOT a women.
A human being with female sex organs may be defined as a "woman", when he is actually a transman. A human being without female sex organs may be excluded from a "woman", when she is a transwoman, or when she lost her organ for medical or religulous reasons.
