El Tabata son ejercicios en intervalos de alta intensidad (HIIT). Funciona así: 20 segundos de actividad y 10 segundos de descanso en 8 rounds (por eso 4 minutos). En los 20 segundos de actividad tienes que hacer AMRAP (as many repetitions as possible) pero CUIDADO que vamos a usar pesas, al principio, no os concentréis en hacer muchas repes, solo las que podáis, haciendo el ejercicio bien. La música te irá diciendo cuándo trabajar y cuándo descansar.
