# Shield rotation management (in IcM)

This is where to go to add/delete team members, make permanent changes for the on-call schedule such as re-arranging the rotation and changing rotation start time, configure email notification, etc.
Note: Currently, only David, Justin, Xu, Cliff ([service admins](https://portal.microsofticm.com/imp/v4/view-service-admin?id=10150)) have the permission to change team-level configurations.
## To make changes to your IcM profile

Note: Phone number is required for your profile. Everyone can find each other's contact inside the IcM system. If you worried people calling your personal phone, you can configure all the phone numbers using your work phone only.
## Shield reminder emails
IcM will be sending the emails before your rotation starts. Shields for the upcoming 2 weeks will be notified 3 days before the next rotation.
