# 下午做完消化呼吸後,有一段午休時間,直到三點,可以繼續練習持咒,或者放鬆練習(Relaxation Practice),做完後可以喝點香料奶茶。然後又來到了哈達瑜伽時間,跟早晨一樣,練習完後做調息法與靜坐,接著七點是晚餐,用餐後可選擇寫靈性日記、持咒或靜坐,或休息一下。九點鐘是晚禱,之後就寢,或想再持咒、靜坐片刻也行,最後帶著覺知入眠。
