# 堂課都是學同一個動作──直腿硬舉(stiff-leg deadlift)。雖然名字聽起來很厲害,但是其實直譯的話就是「把雙腿伸直再舉起槓鈴」。這是個站好之後,只彎曲上半身來鍛鍊大腿後側肌肉的運動。動作本身很簡單,但是實際做起來又是另外一件事。一般都是由教練——《再這樣會死掉吧!所以我開始運動》
