# Are Video Games Good? A Non-Gamer's Perspective The argument as to whether game titles are good or not is perhaps one of many hottest debates today. You will find smart, well-educated, well-meaning people on each side of the debate. As a non-gamer, I've an interesting perspective bring to the discussion - I'm a non-gamer who views game titles favorably. Why? Permit me to explain. ![](https://i.imgur.com/LU4Ovtz.jpg) Probably the largest complaint against game titles is that they encourage violence. Perhaps they do. But I think that they are only a part of the picture. Playing a shooting game on your desktop does not and can't on it's [เกมยิงปลา](https://circuss.online/%E0%B9%80%E0%B8%81%E0%B8%A1%E0%B8%A2%E0%B8%B4%E0%B8%87%E0%B8%9B%E0%B8%A5%E0%B8%B2) own develop a murderer. There are many other factors involved. In my own experience, the gamers that I am aware are certainly not violent. I believe that playing violent game titles may increase violence only when and when other factors are present. I feel exactly the same about violent movies, which I generally don't mind. Take, like, Gladiator or The Patriot, both R rated for violence. After watching those movies, I'd an elevated hatred of un-needed violence. They didn't make me violent. Instead, they re-enforced my belief that cruelty is wrong, and violence should be avoided if possible. ``<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/OXdq0vejZqo" title="YouTube video player" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe> Another argument against computer and game titles is that they are sedentary. Kids who play them often find yourself overweight, lazy, and unskilled in other ares of life. Well, which could have some truth inside it, but which can be said about lot's of things - including a table job! I believe that the important thing is balance and moderation. In the same way running marathon every other day would be detrimental to your health, so is playing way too many video games. There is a battle raging between the U.S. Congress and environmentalists regarding the utilization of lead fishing tackle and lead shot for shotguns. All federal lands curently have regulations banning these implements nevertheless the environmentalists want them banned everywhere. A law passed in 1976 allows the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to regulate the utilization of certain chemical substances. Lead shot and lead fishing tackle was ruled not to apply to non-federal lands. A coalition of environmental groups is suing the EPA to force a total ban. A small grouping of congressmen called the Congressional Sportsmen's Caucus (CSC) has brought a preemptive strike to avoid the ban from being expanded.
