# Constitution of Toaqgua

1. All the activities of Toaqgua shall take place according to the principles of permaculture.
2. The Toaq community shall own all materials, food, tools, armor, and weapons. They shall be located in public libraries.
3. Toaqgua shall use renewables as much as possible. If Toaqgua must use non-renewables, Toaqgua shall use only as much as necessary.
