## About our meetings

This section includes general notes or info about our team meetings.

### Social Agreement

- Focus on listening to what others say.
- Stay present as much as possible. Close out or silence email, chats, etc. during the meeting.
- Let everyone have a chance to speak. Be aware of how much time you are talking.
- Be mindful of the meeting schedule. Be a contributor to moving dialog forward!
- Use the "raise hand" function when you want to add a comment or ask a question, especially in larger group meetings.
- Stay on mute when you are not speaking.

- Fedora Linux 43 Release: A reminder that the release of Fedora Linux 43 is scheduled for next month. This is a crucial time for outreach and Release Party efforts.
- AI-Assisted Contributions Policy: A final draft of the policy for using AI-assisted tools in contributions is now under review by the Fedora Council. A vote is expected soon. You can follow the discussion on the [Council ticket](https://pagure.io/Fedora-Council/tickets/issue/542) and [Fedora Discussion](https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/council-policy-proposal-policy-on-ai-assisted-contributions/165092/233).
- Fedora Docs 2025 Initiative: A new proposal to revitalize the Fedora Docs team is open for community feedback. - Fedora Badges front-end work: Akashdeep (@t0xic0der) started working on some front-end redesign/theming work on the Fedora Badges site. Forgejo is still the main focus, but he is slowly making some improvements.
- Emma shared some accessibility tips on colors and there is some ongoing input.
- Good opportunity for Design Team members to influence the early thinking on UI/UX improvements for the Badges site!
