- this was an ambitious project that was one big thing- one big deliverable- this specific badges re-design project was a ton of tiny small deliverables that didn't have the same impact
- break into milestones to avoid this issue

- Finish style guide
- We need to make sure we are using the same "grid" before we break this up
- Schedule a call to work on the style guide
- ensure there is an established grid
- jot down a couple notes for each page
- take into account the learnings from the internship, will need to add more pages
- Finish redesigning badges already in production

- Updating documentation (blocked by the new system)
- Retire badges pagure (team effort)

- Once we are close to completion on style guide we can start scheduling.
